We know meditation is good for us - from reduced inflammation and stress to improved sleep and concentration, meditation without a doubt is good for our us physically, mentally and emotionally. It also supports us spiritually by experientially opening you to more of who you truly are ~ an inherently loving, ever evolving awareness. In Lindsey’s experience as a spiritual teacher and intuitive healer, this awareness heals in so many powerful ways. This January, our Tuesday meditations will guide you into a deep state of awareness where we’ll explore how nature inspires us to ground into oneness - holding this world of duality from a state of non-duality. Class will be held the first four Tuesday’s this January from 10:00-11:00am mountain time (12:00-1:00pm eastern/9:00-10:00am pacific) . Class is held via Zoom and you will receive recordings of all four hours of the class, in case you can only participate async through the recordings.
Lindsey’s January deep-flow state meditation classes is the first month of our new “Nature’s Wisdom” series, leaning on the natural world to guide the way. We will also be emphasizing how this energy can help you ground yourself during these tumultuous, exciting and challenging times. Grounding may look and feel unique person to person, but it universally supports humankind to be both - human and kind. It support us to have healthy boundaries, balanced relationships and an open heart that is ready for anything.
In preparation for classes, all you need is a quiet, private place to sit, ideally in an upright position (sitting upright helps prevent you from falling asleep which is common when you are newer to meditation). I also recommend headphones so that you can be hands free with the clearest possible audio.
