Lindsey is a mother of two, wife, former professional XC mountain bike racer, former tech professional and meditation/mindfulness teacher. Since 2009, her practice as energy worker, intuitive guide and spiritual counselor has supported people around the world in healing inner conflict, reconnecting with themselves, and navigating profound personal transformation.
