Inner sight is not just for “special” intuitive or clairvoyant people. This is something everyone has access to and is a foundational layer of your multidimensional health. Learn how to develop a deeper and more nuanced relationship with your inner sight and dreams of all kinds - dreams you might have at night, dreams you have for yourself, others, this world and more. Join us for the first four Tuesday’s this October, from 10:00-11:00am mountain time (12:00-1:00pm eastern/9:00-10:00am pacific). Class is held via Zoom and you will receive recordings of all four hours of the class, in case you can only participate async through the recordings.
In these classes, you will be guided into deep meditation where the cultivation of optimal multidimensional health is accessible. Multidimensional health is Lindsey’s way of acknowledging and weaving together your physical and non-physical nature ~ body, mind, heart and energy/spirit ~ all layers of you matter and embodied wholeness means all of these layers of you working cohesively and consciously together, as one. Our primary emphasis is on deep meditation and intuitive energy work, with occasional journaling exercises and neurobiological framing of experience. In this space, you can turn passing states into lasting traits, and heal deeply embedded conditioning into conscious responses.
You will be held in a supportive and uplifting spiritual energy where you will learn first hand how to utilize energy healing techniques to get to know all corners of yourself. This invites you to move into expansiveness, wisdom and peace, that not only becomes more and more accessible in meditation but also becomes more accessible during the most stressful of days.
October will focus on the multidimensional layers, continuing what we opened to in September, relating to the sixth chakra or third eye, the brain and neural pathways that support optimal inner sight and how you can utilize this part of your awareness to have more confidence and agency in this world! In October, we’ll be diving into the ever-interesting realm of dreams of all kinds! #funnest. Experientially learn how to offer healing to your nervous system, brain, body and inner awareness.
In preparation for classes, all you need is a quiet, private place to sit, ideally in an upright position (sitting upright helps prevent you from falling asleep which is common when you are newer to meditation). I also recommend headphones so that you can be hands free with the clearest possible audio.
